It’s always a good idea to keep an eye on the housing market. So, there are two key things we want to share with you regarding recent home sales.

People are still buying and selling real estate. When we look at Plymouth, Novi, and Northville for the months of April, May, and June we saw over 590 homes sell in the 2nd Quarter.

Home are still selling at all different price points. Below are just some of the homes that have sold and you can see what they’re selling for.

We’re seeing continued trends. The median sales price and the average sales price are mostly increasing. At the same time, the housing inventory and the months supply are some of the lowest numbers we’ve seen in recent years.
So, what does this mean for you?
If you’re a buyer, make sure you understand it’s a very competitive market – meaning there’s limited supply and another home may not be out there. If you’re a seller, price your home competitively to attract more buyers and hopefully more offers as a result.
