We’re seeing continued trends. The median sales price and the average sales price are mostly increasing. At the same time, the housing inventory and the months are starting to slowly decrease.

April 2023 new home sales

It’s always a good idea to keep an eye on the housing market. So, there are two key things we want to share with you regarding recent home sales.

People are still buying and selling real estate. When we look at Plymouth, Novi, and Northville for the months of January, February, and March we saw over 259 homes sell in the 1st Quarter.

Home are still selling at all different price points. Below are just some of the homes that have sold and you can see what they’re selling for.
