Mortgage rates remain near historic lows. As a result, your borrowing power is higher, which opens up more options when buying your next home. 

Take a closer look below at the Primary Mortgage Market Survey from Freddie Mac. The blue line represents a 30-year fixed mortgage, the green line is a 15-year fixed mortgage, and the orange line is an Adjustable Rate Mortgage.

June Fun Kicking Off

We thought you might enjoy exploring a few of the many exciting things in the area. When you get the chance, make sure you visit the local wine and beer events in June — you’ll have a great time! Enjoy the festivities at the historic Mill Race Village. Then, later in June, have fun outdoors at Millenium Park.
