Your Local Housing Market Update for December 2019

It’s a new month, which means I’m here to share with you the latest housing market stats. We’ll be looking at November and comparing 2019 to 2018.

What you’ll find is median sales price is trending down and housing inventory is mixed. So, what does this mean?

If you’re a buyer, it’s a great time to get out there! Prices are in your favor and in most areas, there are plenty of options.

If you’re a seller, it’s a great reminder of how important it is to have the right real estate professional who knows the area, can effectively market your home, and can help you come up with a great pricing strategy.
